Questions before you get in touch?

If you are unsure whether MRE is the right fit, the best starting point is still to explain the project. Many enquiries begin with a specific issue rather than a clearly defined consultancy brief.

What happens after I submit the form?

MRE will review the project information you provide and respond directly. If the enquiry is suitable for specification, procurement or coordination support, the next step is usually an initial conversation to understand the project in more detail.

Do I need to have drawings or schedules ready?

No. Drawings, schedules or product lists are helpful where available, but they are not required to start the conversation. If the project issue is still unclear, simply explain what is happening and MRE can advise on the most useful next step.

What kind of project information should I include?

Include the project type, location, current stage and the main issue you need help with. Useful context may include incomplete schedules, specification conflicts, procurement concerns, contractor substitutions, compliance questions or coordination challenges.

Can MRE help if the project is already on site?

Yes. While earlier involvement is usually best, MRE can also support live projects where specification issues, substitutions, product availability problems or coordination challenges have already started to emerge.

Is the initial enquiry a commitment?

No. Submitting the form is simply a first step. MRE will review the information and advise whether consultancy support appears suitable before any scope, fee or engagement is agreed.

    Who reviews the enquiry?

Enquiries are reviewed directly by Marc Wood. This helps ensure the response is based on practical specification, procurement and project delivery experience rather than a generic sales process.

    Does MRE supply the products?

MRE’s role is consultancy, specification and project support. Recommendations are shaped around project suitability, technical requirements, compliance, procurement realities and project outcomes rather than promoting a single supplier route.

Can MRE work with my architect, contractor or project team?

Yes. MRE regularly supports architects, designers, developers, contractors and project managers by helping clarify specification intent, review options, identify risks and improve coordination between design and delivery.
